I had a terrible experience at this salon. Beth cut my hair and not only did she do a terrible job but she was rude, patronizing and rushed. I’m 20 years old but she spoke to me like I was a child. When I was trying to show her how I wanted my bangs cut she cut me off, stepped in front of the mirror and when I asked her to move so that I could show her the shape I wanted she told me she already knew and cut them before I could say another word. When I told her I wasn’t happy with the shape she said that it was my fault for “not telling her what I wanted” even though I made multiple attempts to. I also don’t use heat on my hair and haven’t for years other than the occasional blow dry. I told her this and she scoffed at me. She than blow dried my hair on the highest heat and without even asking picked up a straightener and started using it on my hair. She also seemed very rushed the whole time, seemed irritated when I asked her to fix something and continuously mentioned that she had a date planned in ten minutes. My hair came out uneven and choppy and was once again left crying over a hair cut. I should have got up and left a lot sooner than I did and I really regret that.

Happy to follow my stylist to this location after they left their previous company. Happy, not just due to being able to continue having my favorite stylist(Lily) work on my hair, but the location itself is quite nice. Personable associates, calm atmosphere, and overall pleasant decor makes you feel a sense of “home”. Comfortability 100%. Always amazing work, and an absolute pleasure to get my hair done.
