Mia Bella Hair Studio has the best customer service. April did an amazing job and knew exactly what to do with my hair. I came in with dull hair and she made it look healthy again. It’s noticeable how much experience she has. I would definitely recommend anyone to come get a haircut and color with her. I constantly receive compliments on my hair since she has worked with my hair.

The space is clean and the decor is pretty. The people that work here are very nice. You can get your hair or nails done in one place which is convenient. I have only gotten my hair cut and styled so I can’t really speak for the nail techs. However, I was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair and I paid much more than i have with other stylists. The only reason i ended up going to this place was because the woman i usually go to at another location had quit. As soon as she gave me the hand held mirror to show me my new cut and style I was immediately disappointed but i did not have the heart to tell her that I hated what she had done to my hair. Good thing i am pretty decent at curling and styling my own hair so as soon as i got home i recurled and styled my hair to my liking. If only I could cut my own hair then I probably would not need to go to a professional salon :). I will definitely not go back to this place. The stylist needs to update her cutting techniques and become familiar with the current hair trends. I gave this place 3 stars because the salon was clean, the stylist was friendly, she uses high end products on my hair and when she washed my hair she was gentle.

I have been to this hair salon 2 times and both were very pleasant. My GPS got me lost so I called and spoke with the receptionist, she was very helpful and guided me to their location. Both times the service has been on point. Alissa has done my hair both times and I love it. My hair color and cut comes out just how I like it eveytime.

Excellent service i have been taking my daughter here for the past year and she loves her stylist April. The prices are good for a reasonable price and they also do nails there and overall the studio is very cute and nice. We have a good friendship with april and recently going to get me and my daughters haircut, she mentioned that some woman who you might have saw in the reviews came in her salon and was just very unpolite and wasnt clear of what she wanted and the next day came back to the salon and basically cussed out the whole studio and really dont think its professional to come in someone else’s business and throw a “fit”. I mean she should know because turns out she work at the salon on the next street! All i want to say is that this salon is nice and small, has good service, and respectful stylists. I dont see why other salons think its a competition and try to ruin other people’s business when the should focus on theirs. Except this salon because these people actually respect :).

How do I start this off ok so I’m not from the area but I work in murrieta I was dying to get a new haircut I needed a change. I set an appointment at a different salon where I thought it would be a great choice I saw that they had good reviews but once I went in I felt so uncomfortable I felt no warm welcome. I feel if I’m going to spend money in a salon at least I should feel comfortable. I decided to leave after the girl told me they only take cash. After searching online I saw there was a salon across the street from my job. I made an appointment there. Honestly I made a great decision I am always a little nervous when it comes to my hair but once I walked in Emily greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. Really nice salon. Emily asked what I wanted and she understood what I told her. She always asked if I was ok with her suggestions and told me every step of the process I really liked her service and I plan to go back in the future for other services I highly recommend her. The Owner ‘April’ has below zero customer service. She would not honor my loyalty card after all the cuts have been completed. Not only she would not honor their own loyalty card which is the main issue here, but she would try to deceive clients with prices, she would say hair cut is $17.99 normally when at the plaza’s entrance, she has a sign that says $8 hairs cuts and many times it’s $9.99 (but be careful with that, that’s cash price only) and you can see her side walk banners by Cardenas and Big Lot on Madison with that price but again that’s not my problem and no where you would see their “ordinary” price of $17.99. On top of all, she has the audacity to tell customers she doesn’t have the patience for them, I have never encountered in my life, not even once, a more disrespectful lady and someone so rude and unprofessional. Be careful dear customers, she will be nice with you first couple of times. I treated her with respect on all my previous times for being older but unfortunately, I felt terrible after her disrespect and dishonest behavior today. What a horrible customer service, if you can’t honor your own damn loyalty cards, DO NOT give them to customers period. I wish there is less than zero stars to give her for the bad attitude. Go learn manners April. Never going back.
