Terrible experience. Keratin Treatment and haircut. Haircut was so bad I had to go to another salon the same day. Two women working that day. One of the woman used suck awful language. I went in there to get my roots dyed blonde to match the rest of my hair and I left with red hair!! I have naturally brown hair but have been blonde for w years. I’ve never had something so bad happen to me! Came back the next day to get it fixed and they left bleach in my hair for 40 minutes because she left me to do a blow out when other hair stylist were sitting in there chairs in the salon. It was suppose to be 20 minutes of bleach after the color remover was put in. Needless to say it was too light and my wavy/curly hair was damaged. It has been 3 months and it’s still stringy & damaged. I have been going to diva curl salons every month for deep conditioning treatments to try and save the hair and it’s still ripping off while other pieces curl. I had to pay for the roots when they turned my hair red AND they charged me $120 to “fix” my hair when they damaged it. I called back to speak to a manager about it and they said I can come back in n they will try to cut my hair damage off and fix it. They probably would’ve charged me for that too! Horrible service and they have no idea what they are doing!!!!

I went today, saturday with my daughter. We both had 11:30 appts. My daughters haircut was fine got my hair done by a young woman with mostly blue hair. My experience with her was horrible. No wonder this location is on groupon. She smoked numerous cigarettes befor doing my hair and didnt even wash her hands. Thanks for making my hair smell like cigarettes. How is that not common courtesy… i dont understand. Second she did my hair and i scheduled for a blow dry and basic style.. she said that the basic style is a blow dry. I asked her to run the straighten iron through my hair because it wasnt how i expected and she said she didnt have time. It was the worst experience ive had at a hair i dont recommend it to anyone and i will never be going back. I would give ZERO stars if i could.

A friend of mine works there. Alll the staff is extremely nice. My friend Meaghan does an amazing job! She listens to your needs & the prices are reasonable. The salon itself is beautiful & very clean. If you live in the Islip Terrace area, Def make an appointment with them!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Positive: QualityI went to Meg (Meghan) to wash and blow my hair out. She was amazing and beautifully styled my hair with just a brush and made flippy bouncy curls without using a curling utensil . This was just the way I like it. She is very talented and does outstanding work.

Went in with a Groupon and was still treated like a full paying customer. Got exactly what I asked for. The hair cut was great, the deep treatment really worked, and the blow out was awesome. The staff is nice and personable, and the prices are reasonable. Would recommend and would return.
