I’m only giving this a one star because the owner, Melinda tried to be helpful. Jonna Mills was the worst hairstylist I have ever been to in the 30 years I’ve been getting my hair colored. She was so distracted and answered her phone while coloring my hair. I gave her the exact formula to use but she did not follow it, therefore turned my hair orange. I explained I was not happy and wanted it fixed. Told me she had availability the next week Monday-Thursday but did not confirm a day and time when I asked. Had to call her back again and she told me she only had time on Thursday but could not dry my hair. It felt like I was a number and a paycheck, like she really did not care. I could not make that time so asked for a refund. She refused and after I went back into the salon and requested the assistance of the owner she said she would call me back. She did not and I had to call her again. She stated I was stocking her and that she blocked my number. All I wanted was a refund for the service that was not received. She stated she refunded it but lied as I never recieved the refund. I would never send even my worst enemy to her. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
