I’ve been to six local salons and this is the first one I’ve left with exactly what I wanted, no ugly bubbles appearing days later, and she’s the first that didn’t hurt me! A TREASURE! I went in for a simple manicure. I really needed my cuticles cleaned up. I tried to tell the woman I didn’t want the shape of my nail changed and she couldn’t understand English and she kept trying to make them square and after telling her I really need my cuticles cleaned up she she barely touched my cuticles just pushed them down and pretended to clean them up just went through the motions and then got up and walked away before painting them saying something I didn’t understand pointing her finger at me and then someone else came over and finished. I was so uncomfortable and they made me feel like I was asking for a complicated manicure. So rude and unprofessional.

I don’t ever give reviews but I legitimately looked forward to getting my nails done all day with my best friend and they were completely rushed and we were the only 2 customers in the store so no excuse. After I paid and tipped I sat down to wait for my friend and examined them and they were absolutely terrible I had to ask her to fix 3 nails and it made it worse plus one broke from hitting it off the table will not be going back

I’m not confrontational and never leave reviews but I have to for this. Walked in with my mom to get manicures and pedicures for my wedding. The lady asked what we needed. When we told her, she said she didn’t have time, we needed an appointment. That would be understandable but she was so rude, nasty, and dismissive when she said it. Blessings in disguise because we ended up at Art Nail who did a PHENOMENAL job and ended up with a $300 sale, big tips, and 2 new loyal customers. I just had to say to the business that I’d reevaluate how you speak to people. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

Lived here years ago… they have only gotten worse. It’s unfortunate. Needed a quick fix for a chipped nail. I have dip powder on them. They don’t do dip. Ok. No biggie. Fixed the chip with acrylic and I asked them to paint with gel color so they’d all match. I was charged for a full gel “manicure” even though it was a fix and a polish change. The ladies were rude. Ooo and … I was one of 3 customers there and sat there for 10 min getting my service before they asked me to wear a mask. Surely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty upset. I had went two days ago & got a gel manicure & pedicure. The gel had began chipping on my fingers so I had went back today on 2/18 to get acrylics instead. When I had walked in, I was told to pick a colour & I had said I wanted the same colour. I was shown a colour not even close & ok said it wasn’t the same. The woman had said “close.” I figured it was just due to sitting out on a sample. So I agreed to it because it seemed like a hassle. I then sat down & feel that I was talked about in a snarky tone in another language multiple times. I was very upset. The woman who did my nails was awesome but I paid money to be talked about & didn’t even get the same colour like I wanted. I posted a picture.

Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give zero stars I would! I’m in town from Florida and wanted to treat my bff to getting her nails and eyebrows done for New Years. Called to see if they were open, no answer. Decided to drive by to see if they are walk in only. Sign says they were open so we went inside. 3 workers were sitting there on their phones while one worker was with a customer. Another worker comes out of a back room and asks how she can help us. I told her 2 eyebrow waxing and 1 full set. She asked if we had an appt. I told her no, but we tried to call. She said she can’t see us now because they were too busy but she could make us an appt. I asked about the other 3 workers who didn’t have clients, she said “no”. So we left. I guess this salon doesn’t like to make money. Their loss. We went to Art nail salon in the plaza next door and had a much better experience.If I could give zero stars I would! My nails do not look professionally done. They look half fast done. The woman doing my nails grabbed my arm, did not appreciate that at all as well the costumer service. Will not be going back. Manicure

The staff was very friendly and accommodating so at first I thought they were great. My gel manicure looked… ok. It’s cheaper than other salons I’ve been to so I didn’t mind. The complimentary shoulder massage was definitely a positive.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this place. I made the mistake of going there a couple days ago because they were the only place that wasn’t super busy. I learned the hard way why that was. I had acrylics on and needed a fill. I got the gel polish and paid $50. I thought it was weird that I was paying a ridiculous amount for a fill but I kept my mouth shut and went on my merry way. Not even 24 hours later my nails were chipping. I’ve been getting gel for years now and it has never chipped no matter where I’ve gone to get them done. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
