First time here… I saw the amazing reviews and thought let me give them a try. I walked in at 10:55am one person in front of me and three other ladies walking in behind me 5 mins later. Why did they take all the people who walked in after me who DID NOT have appointments like me. I signed in also. Me being BLK, and the others WYT I believe this establishment is kinda racist. I’m still sitting here as of 11:33am waiting to be seen!!! Just horrible. Waited 45 mins to be seen.

Friendly, cute and cozy nail salon and spa! My husband and I frequent this place once a month for couples pedicures as they have better package selections than other salons that I’ve experienced, and now I also use them for my weekly shellac fills and color changes. They not only do a great job, but they ensure you leave happy with the results. I would recommend to anyone living in this area!

Calm, relaxing place-HOWEVER, the woman that I had filed my nails too hard. It genuinely felt like she was FILING MY SKIN. She ALSO talked me out of what I wanted. I requested acrylic on my toes and she repeatedly told me that shellac was a better choice. Even though it was easier and cheaper – it was still my choice as a customer and I did not appreciate being negotiated out of my original service. I will be returning back to my usual nail salon-A Paris Nails & Spa.

My daughter went to MI Nails today and was beyond excited! It was her first time ever at a nail salon and she was looking forward to it. The customer service she received here completely ruined the experience for her and she has expressed never wanting to go to a nail salon again. The man who did her manicure was rude, inconsiderate of her requests, and aggressive to the point of making her fingers bleed and hurt. She just wanted a basic manicure with no color added. She told him multiple times that she wanted NO color however he would not take her answer and forced her to pick out a color, even pushing the color selection back to her after she returned it again saying no thanks. She tried having small talk with the man to which he completely ignored. When she complimented his rings his only response was “How will you pay today?” Very upset with the service and treatment of customers and will not be returning.

Nails are done well for the price. However they don’t honor appointments and not give you who you request. If you know someone is coming in by a certain time, then honor that. I shouldn’t have to wait and then have people go ahead of me that arrived after me. Very disrespectful.
