I went in for a full set, and I was very pleased with the results. Louis did a fantastic job. Additionally, when I got home that day, I messed up the clear coat on one of my nails, and I came in the next day and they fixed it for me for no extra charge. Today I went in to get a pedicure and my eyebrows done. Thu had did my pedicure I asked for an overlay on my two big toes, there un even, there long I asked her if she could’ve made them shorter all she did was got the nail filer and filed it like 3 times and said ok, I smiled and said it’s okay she didn’t even clean in between my nails on my big toe.The paint job ain’t all that either. I also did my eyebrows by Van I asked her if she could’ve made them even she said no all she does is clean them $9 just to “clean them” because she didn’t even plucked them out good. On todays service I felt rushed.

Love this place! I moved and needed to find a new nail salon. I called Mi Nails and got the 1st appointment I asked for, with the technician (Hao) I requested. After reading all the reviews about her, I just knew she would do a good job…and boy was I right! She was great! She was very pleasant, and eager to give you exactly what you’re looking for! I definitely recommend this place!!

I CANNOT get enough of my nails! They’re exactly what I wanted!! There was a bit of a wait when I got there but I didn’t mind, especially when the nail tech that was going to be working on my nails came over to tell me he wouldn’t be much longer and helped me pick my nail color. When I sat down I told him what shape I wanted and how I liked my nails. I swear he went above and beyond to make sure I loved my nails. He took his time shaping and filing until they were perfect. He also offered to an accent nail and informed me there was no extra charge for it. This was my first time there but I definitely think I have found my new nail spot.

I see how they have such a high rating, seeing how they have the nicest staff. That being said, their technique and products are subpar. They lady doing the shellac on my toes was using small brush strokes back and forth, in all directions, leaving my coats all lumpy and patchy. I had request that she please adjust her stroke because I honestly kept thinking well maybe it’s just the first couple coats but no! Their color selection is very random and hard to find tones that go well with each other. She told me it was the same shade and now I’m wearing summer on my nails and spring on my toes! One’s almost neon and the other is pink. It’s so embarrassing! My nails were supposed to be a little longer, but she kept trying to avoid putting the fake tips on my dip nails even though they were clearly uneven and needed them. The result, I had uneven nails and she had to file them all the way down to my raw finger tip which freakin HURT, and that’s only because I SUGGESTED it (yes she was going to let me leave with crazy sized nails!). PS she buffed it so much that my skin under the nail was burning. I get they have lots of customers but taking your time, instead of fully booking an understaffed lobby, would help avoid mistakes and save all of us some time and pain! Ouch!
