I went here because my MIL is an extremely loyal customer and was skeptical because of the ratings. BUT, they were able to do exactly what I wanted and I’m extremely picky with my nails. I asked for pearl nails (funny bunny dip w white chrome) on short almond. Only complaint is that the shaping was a little bit off. The pedicure I got was incredible. Super clean, great attention to detail, and it felt so good. Overall, they deserve a much higher rating than what they’re currently at. I have been to almost every nail salon in the area, and this has been the best one.

the experience was not it. i didn’t get what i asked for and it’s my birthday nails! they need to get better employees bc that was NOT it! i don’t recommend. they criticized my nails because i bite my nails and i have small nail beds that is VERY unprofessional. Went in to have sns done, was gonna get normal color with glitter so she suggested red an glitter, okay yeah let’s do it, but it’s never been over $65 before. I went to pay an it was $90 never again will I go back. I can’t afford that much for nails like that!! Highly recommend asking prices before they do anything!! French manicures

Me, my mom, and my sister just left and were disappointed. The staff was very friendly and nice, however the service was not good. The three of us had an appointment at 1:30 and chose the deluxe, 30 minute pedi for $35. After choosing our colors, we all sat down after 1:30. All three of us were finished within 23 minutes. After walking out and observing the work done, two of us had polish on our skin, toe nails were not cut or filed, and had extra skin around the nails. Every aspect of our visit was rushed and many details of a regular pedicure were missed. We definitely overpaid for the service that was provided.

Went and got sns nail dip done. The work is amazing but the price was insane. I’ve NEVER spent more than 60 dollars on my nails before! They charged me $90 for red nails with glitter on them! Beginning of appt started great, specialist was very nice and polite. Not sure what happened, but suddenly at the end of my appt he became very rushed and didn’t let my nails finish drying in the bluelight and slathered oil on them right after and told me to wash them. When I was done, my thumbs were tacky and NOT shiny the way dip/ healthy nails are supposed to be. I pointed it out and he rebuffed and polished them, but they stared peeling and chipping not even three days later. Normally my healthy nails when done back home last three weeks, not three days.Will not be going back.

My acrylic nails look nothing like each other shape wise. They started doing my nails and then said they couldn’t do what I wanted. She talked me into getting my eyebrows waxed and thinned my eyebrows after I explicitly asked for her not to thin them. She made them round. I will never use this place for anything again. I will never go back! I am a Boone local and used to be a regular at this salon until my last visit. I went in about two weeks ago to get a mani and pedi with no polish (nails still trying to heal from the years of getting them done) and I always get the signature which is listed as 45min/40$ for pedi. Well I went in and had to wait which was no problem but then when I was attended to I was “done” both mani and pedi in a TOTAL of 27 mins and charged 45mins worth of service for my pedi and full service on my mani. Again I got no polish I really just wanted a good rub and my feet attended to because I work construction. On top of that there was still old nail polish left on my toe. So a total $68 later I was screwed. So needless to say I tipped them good as I always do but will never be revisiting this salon.

Got my nails done by tommy he did a terrific job and i could not be more pleased. That being said i brought a friend and her young daughter with me and long short they wanted pedis the tech that was helping them was incredibly rude and huffed and cursed when a bottle of nail polish got accidentally droped and broken by my friend. She was made to feel so uncomfotable , even after offering herself to cleab it up and pay for the damaged polish that they left without getting anything done. Ive been here quite a few times and will continue to go because i love tommy but this other nail tech should learn how to act especially around young children.
