So the day I went (I didn’t make an appointment or call) they had actually finished early, & had already locked the doors when I got there. Bt they were so nice & just opened the doors so I could get my daughter’s & my nails done for her 5th birthday. We both loved the atmosphere, the friendly customer service, & our nails came out great. I only wish the glitter butterflies had been encased as opposed to just painted over with a top coat. Some were sticking up & ended up snagging on things a lot like my hair or my kids’ hair, so I had to start trying to file them down or pull them off the next day. Bt other than that, everything overall was a great experience. I had almost lost hope of good nail shops in Long Beach, I’m a very nitpicky person, so I tend not to go back if I’m not satisfied. Bt this is a place I would definitely go back to.
