This was a different experience for me so I’m not sure if it will be the same for everybody. I got assigned to a barber who I believe works independently. This was my first trip to a barber post pandemic (I cut and trimmed my hair which was a bit difficult), and I was used to walking into a salon/barber and getting seated. I saw that MGX Barbers recommended calling ahead to get an appointment. I used Google’s messaging on their site to contact someone. I got assigned to Samuel. When I got to the place, it was empty except for someone at the front who was trimming his own beard. I asked if he was Samuel, and he motioned for me to go to the back. I didn’t realize there was someone else deeper in the back, and he was already with a customer so I took a seat. It didn’t take long, and Samuel was very friendly and told me he will be right with me. He was concise and fast (fast as in reasonably fast, not a rush kind of fast). He handled his own payments and gave me a virtual business card by having a QR code to scan which gave me a slew of options such as booking an appointment with him and many electronic payment options. I recommend Samuel to anyone wanting to get a haircut. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but I parked next to a dental office which had their own parking lot. I called the barber shop to see if I was allowed to park there because the lot said for dental office only, and they said it’s fine to park there. I was parked for about 30 minutes, and there was no parking ticket.

Went to Marlon because our regular barber couldn’t get me in and I needed a cut badly. He was about to squeeze me in and did a great job. My regular barber was sick with Covid so my appointment got cancelled last minute and I needed to get a haircut asap for a baptism and thankfully was able to get a last minute cut here. Everyone was super friendly and everything went smooth definitely will be coming back here

I go to Josh, he’s one of the barbers over at mgx. I’m always a satisfied customer, every barber there is cleanly and friendly. Definitely worth checking out when you need a cut, just make sure to schedule ahead of time cause walkins aren’t always available since they get booked out.

Without question, this is the best barbershop I have ever used. I primarily work with George, who is excellent and professional, but all of the barbers here are great at their craft so you can’t miss by using any of them. While the haircutting prowess is the primary reason I go to this barbershop, the things that keep me coming back are the welcoming attitudes and professionalism the entire shop displays. For example, there are times that I have to bring my 6-year old daughter in with me and usually when this happens, I will send a heads up to let them know so they can adjust the type of music being played, which as a father, I very much appreciate. Additionally, no matter if you are a walk-in or regular who is scheduled, the barbers will consistently greet you with the intention to try to help you and make you feel comfortable. When you put all of this together, it makes MGX a great place for barber related needs.
