We finally found our person! Mr. Carl is amazing, kind, great with my son, and a wonderful barber! We had been at Dulles cartoon cuts but after the closed bounced around. My son looks forward to coming to get his haircut. I recommend to moms, specially if you’re making the transition from kids haircut place to a barber. My mother is exremely peculiar about a haircut being done well since it changes over time as the hair grows, and though it might not be apparent at first, it matters a lot. I gave him one star because there is no zero star. Jeff is a piece of work! He has no business holding a clipper or scissors. I do not believe he is licensed but someone hired him, and I will be sure to report this to the proper authorities. No unlicensed barber should be hired by any owner, period! Haircut
