Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mom and I went to go get my eyebrows waxed for picture day here and the lady burnt me. The wax was very hot, and she messed up my natural eyebrow shape horrendously. She also made them extremely thin and waxed parts wrong where it left a bald spot on my brows. I had to look like that for picture day and cried so much. Please do NOT come here to get your eyebrows done. Before this Incident I got my haircuts here and she always cut way too high. I asked for 2 inches off having hair up to my elbows and she cut it so short it looked like a bob. Never came back to get my haircut there. She was not even understanding when we told her about my eyebrows and said it was normal. Which is not true, because I got scabs from the burns.
