Definitely come here! I moved to Minnesota from Oregon 4 months ago so I needed to find a new skin clinic which is hard not knowing the quality of work that they do. I came here and Heidi did my Botox her placement was great! Will definitely be back for other services that they provide. she was kind and knowledgeable. And don’t let me forget the front desk associates customer service is everything and they went above and beyond they were kind friendly greeted me right when I came in and offered me a bottle of water. No that’s not only the best the workers who text you back when you’re talking about services answer every question and message you back in a timely manner. And I’ve had experiences in my past when messaging with other clinics where I was asking questions and it seemed like they were getting annoyed Metropolitan was not like that they answered any question I had with no hesitation making me feel comfortable to talk about anything. The building is beautiful very clean very sanitary. If your needing any services or are looking for a new skin clinic definitely give them a chance you won’t be disappointed. definitely glad I made the choice to come here.

Came for a birthday facial and all I can say is that Metropolitan clinic is MUST for your self care stop and skin care needs/treatments. I was not very experienced with medical spas and was a little lost at first. Sydney at front desk guided me seamlessly through the various options that would fit my specific pampering plan and took such care to make sure I had a great experience. Owner Wayne even came to welcome my mother in law and I on the day we arrived for our treatments. Tiffany did my hydrafacial and it was divine! My pores were thrilled and my skin was glowing after. I was shocked by the total difference it made. She took such care with every step and was so patient with my questions about skin care and products. She even designed me a unique care plan for better maintenance. I was so impressed by the knowledge base, staff, and service level. *Highly recommend, especially for healthcare workers like myself who wanted a good cleansing/exfoliating facial.* *Will come again to the Metropolitan for another hydrafacial.*

I just love going to The Metropolitan Clinic which is conveniently located on France. I have received multiple services here. Ashley is just fantastic to work with. Ashley is a very committed and knowledgeable Ethnitician. She is genuinely friendly and enthusiastic about your services/treatments. I have undergone Halo and BBL lasers with remarkable results and I plan to continue as needed/recommended. Ashley also takes care of my eyebrows and laser hair removal. Hats off to Erin upfront for excellent customer care (always so patient). A big thanks to all other staff who have helped me and to those who may help me in the future.

I originally came about this spa upon winning a raffle from a nail salon. Being that I won a free facial, I had no idea how nice the spa really is or how great a job Tiffany does. It took some patience to set up the initial appointment but I’m glad they worked with my schedule and did not leave me high and dry. Although I was receiving a free treatment, I was not treated as such. I got the full consultation and a great facial, so great that I’ve been returning ever since.

The first time I visited the Metropolitan, I was late for my appointment, but nobody was snooty like at other salons, they simply thanked me for calling to let them know and then we had my appointment. It was my first massage ever and they gave me Holly who was super nice and put me at ease because I was feeling very awkward. I told her about my physically demanding job and my trouble areas and she recommended doing deep tissue, which was amazing. I left feeling better than I had in years. the second time they gave me Levi, who is also amazing. It is a beautiful salon with very professional staff. The prices are a bit high, but they’re always having specials of some sort. You will not regret going here. Great experience!
