I am a new patient at the West NY location and so happy to have found them. Dr Coangelo is lovely. She’s knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I came in just for a little mole removal but she spent so much time with me and sent me home with a new medication for an issue I had given up on! I didn’t even plan to discuss it with her!

I went to the West New York Office, a small office but very clean, well maintained and orderly. The dermatolgist, Dr. Casey, who attended to my needs, was very attentive and well informed about my particular issue. She took her time expaining every detail to help me understand what was going on and a systematic plan was put together to address it. I left the office feeling secure. By the way, public parking is a little tricky but there’s a lot right across the street and the parking rates are pretty cheap. I paid $1.50 for 2 hours but I was in-and-out of the office by 30 minutes!

Dr. Lin was a sweetheart but nothing more… I visited her because I’m experiencing a little hair loss and wanted to know the reason and treat accordingly. She spent about 10 minutes with me looked my hair and diagnosed me with frontal fibrosing alopechia and sentenced me to use rogaine for the rest of my life. She didn’t even take a blood test or anything. Of course I wanted to get a second opinion and it turned out there was a little hormone imbalance specifically the stress hormone, so it’s nothing serious. I am very disappointed and they charged $185 for that… I’ve been in the office only 10 minutes… I’m happy to pay for a good doctor but this was just a waste of money, not to mention how scary the diagnosis was. Anyway, learned my lesson, paid for my mistake. I never write bad reviews but this has been just bothering me ever since.

Terrible experience. I called to make an appointment and was told they don’t accept my insurance. I called my insurance and they reassured me that this facility is in network. I called back and the answering girl is clueless and rude. Place needs some serious training.
