We just had our first appointment with Dr. Gershenhorn and she was wonderful. For context, my 4.5 yr old son has had eczema/dermatitis issues since birth. I’ve taken him to a couple of Pediatric Dermatologists but aside from suggestions about steroids/creams, etc. no one ever discussed diet and trying to manage it from within. I went to Dr. Gershenhorn because I saw she is also trained in Integrative Medicine so she takes a more holistic approach which is something I’ve been looking for. She really listened to me and I look forward to employing the approaches we discussed. We’re starting with an elimination diet and integrating various vitamins, etc. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at Metropolitan Dermatology. I have been experiencing quite a few issues over the years with my skin and just never got lasting results. Dr. Gershenhorn is like no other physician I’ve ever met. She doesn’t just write a script and send you on your way, she gets to know you which allows her to get to the root of the problem, she is a true gem. She takes her time to actually LISTEN to you. My only regret is not finding her sooner!!

Nice staff, Very knowledgeable doctor. A little rushed in the office visit. Also the appt was for my 12yo son. I would have liked to have been recognized/acknowledge as the parent when the doc came in the room. But overall good visit and we will continue to see Dr. Lieber.

Members of my family have been patients of Dr. Lieber’s for a number of years. Dr. Lieber and staff are great! Today, we needed an appointment for our 32-year-old severly autistic son, who had an absess. Dr. Lieber handled what could have been an uncomfortable situation for my son efficiently, being sure to allow suffient time for the numbing to take effect before taking a sample for culture. Dr. Lieber patiently addressed our questions. The nurse was also top notch, being sure both parents understood instructions, and we left the office confident that my son was given the best care.
