Their Jersey City staff and doctors and nurses are awesome. I am happy to give 5 out 5 stars to for them. But they have worst billing department and staff. They misused my credit card information and charged more amount than what I committed online. I shared my credit card details on phone and that’s my biggest mistake. They (billing department) literally threatening for the billing and making sure you should pay them on phone only (sharing credit details). They don’t even ready to accept that you want to pay manually to their office. I changed my credit card even after that I am not sure how did they charged my new credit card. Be careful while you visit here. I repeat the staff in Jersey City Doctors, nurses and front desk are great.

I’ve been coming here for about a year 1/2 now. I would highly recommend Lainey who’s great at diagnosing, listening to you, & giving you options & honest feedback. Unfortunately I am still trying to figure out what is causing my acne but the options she’s given me has helped me temporarily until we get down to what could be causing it & what external factors could also be responsible for it. Highly highly recommend Lainey & the staff is very kind and helpful.

Jersey City office never I answer the phone. I’m supposed to be enrolled in a program which involves and activation link being sent. After at least 8 calls over 2 days I still don’t have it. It has caused me so much stress. I’m doing the job that the office refuses to do. I suggest the get their staff retrained with the provider. Cassandra then claimed that she gave me my ID twice which is not the case. I’m so very disappointed with the process and time I’ve spend resolving this issue.

When it comes to my family’s skin, we trust no one else. This office location is clean, disinfected ( you can smell the Lysol ), organized and super nice staff. I’ve been going here for about 10 years. Front desk was super courteous and always is. I saw Dr. Lin and she addressed my concerns. Most importantly, she listened and answered my questions. If you are looking for a dermatologist, search no more. Staff is great! If Dr. Lin is not available, Lainey Ortiz, PA-C is just as amazing. My sister travels four hours to see Lainey.

I was very satisfied when visiting this office and the staff in the front desk was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The doctor was on point very knowledgable and patient. She took the time to listen to every thing my daughter had to say and she was able to assist her when treating her she made sure to take her time and make sure my daughter was comfortable and not in any kind of pain. I am very happy to say we found our new dermatologist and I would highly recommend her to anyone thank you again.
