Critical: ProfessionalismThe stylist did a fantastic job. I called earlier for a price on the cut color shampoos and blow dry .I was charged more than Quoted by owner! I paid it tipped the stylist. Called 5 weeeks later. The price was 15 dollars more than I was Quoted the first time I came , I was concerned was I going to get charged more than Quoted again ? Their loss I would have been a regular client. I am a local. Also Tip extremely well. I consider these practices. Very unprofessional having worked in the industry for years .
