So, my wife went in here with an appointment on Saturday, October 30th, to have her acrylic nails taken off. She sat with a male who proceeded to rip off her nails on left hand without properly soaking them, causing damage and bleeding. After him seeing her upset and in pain, he decided to soak the right hand instead of peeling them. Caused bleeding to two fingers. She promptly got up before service was complete, and left after paying because they still charged her. I could have done a better job at home, and I’m not even trained!

Absolutely in love with my nails!! I never write reviews but definitely had to forg first experience here. Super welcoming and helpfull. I called ahead for a half leg wax and was told that it would be $40. During the waxing the lady was only gonna do the front part of my leg. I asked why she wasn’t doing the back and her reply was “you don’t have hair there”. When I was gonna pay they charged me $50 and they told me that it was because I had a lot of hair. That contradicts what she had told me before. In my opinion I don’t think that matters because I’m paying for a service and I have never paid that much for this service. False information. Go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation and the money.

Metro nails is the best! Been going there for over 5 years. They’re all very friendly and do wonderful work. Always very clean too. I like designs on my nails and they’re so creative. They’re the only place I’ll ever go to!

Was in there for a total of 45 minutes but was only worked on for 10 of those 45. The whole process felt rushed and although myself and two of my friends just got manicures, we expected quality service. Nails weren’t fully covered with polish, nails didn’t look even, and we didn’t feel cared for. We had called before hand to even schedule appointments.

Very disappointed! I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails as a walk in. I had requested “coffin” shaped nails and the woman I had tried reshaping them 3 times before getting hostile and sending me to another nail tech. The next woman also tried to reshape them to my liking but was not successful because they were pretty much all different shapes and sizes from the previous tech. I was clearly very unhappy and asked to just pay without even finishing what I came to have to done. No discount was offered or refund. I was very thirsty and even said it out loud and was not offered a beverage as it states on the website “complimentary beverages”. I paid full price $31 for a set of nails that I was very unhappy with. I will be taking them off because I take pride in the way I present myself on a daily as my profession is in the cosmetology field. I asked for the owners information and was denied at first. I was persistent about it to the manager and she finally gave in. I have called 2 times and it goes straight to voicemail and says voicemail box is full. i would like a total refund. Why would anyone pay for anything they are not happy with? Especially when it is satisfaction guaranteed? I will not be returning!

Very nice and courteous people. The place is always clean and doesn’t have any odors from the chemicals of the artificial nails like most places I have been to in the past. I would recommend to anyone because they have always done a great job on my needs being hands or foot care.
