I will never be going back to this nail salon. My nail tech seemed distracted and barely attentive to me the whole time. She kept picking up the phone and looking around the whole salon at what other nail techs were doing. Since she was not really paying attention she proceeded to cut me. I’ve never had an experience where I was cut during shaping at a nail salon (I had dip with tips done). I flinched and said ow and she said she was sorry and proceeded to keep going. She then cut another finger. She apologized again. Since we were near the end I was just waiting for this to be over. After I left, I had a chance to really look at these cuts, and they’re DEEP. They look as if I cut myself with a knife or something. These cuts hurt for a week and sting when I’m doing simple daily tasks like typing on a keyboard. Ridiculous. I’ve been to many nail salons and NEVER had a horrible experience like this. I do not recommend.

I’ve come here twice for acrylic nails. It seems to be the best place in the area, but still it’s a chore to go there instead of the relaxing experience it should be. They only care about getting you in and out. They don’t really care what you want, when I said I wanted glitter and was looking at colors, she started to apply a glitter polish I didn’t want. Also she was sloppy and left sharp edges, slanted edges, and didn’t even bother to color the ends. It’s as if the whole time they are tolerating your existence while they hangout. I’m learning how to do my own for now on. Added photos though they are grown out now.

I’ve gone here for over a year and I have to say this place has declined. I just got a pedicure done for my honeymoon two days ago. It’s the first day on my honeymoon and my nail polish is already coming off on multiple toes. I’ve had many pedicures done here and this has never happened. They don’t care about their clients anymore, they just want to get the nails done and get the clients out. It’s sad. Won’t be coming here again unfortunately 🙁

Nina and her team have outstanding customer service and the quality of their services is top notch. Impressive selection of colors and a nice, clean facility. They offer a frequent flyer program which is great incitive, as many other local salons do not offer this.

I rarely get my nails done, but when I do I go to Metro Nail Bar! Any employees I have worked with have been very kind and accommodating. They do a thorough job and give a fully pampered experience. The quality of the gel manicures has them last 1-2 weeks longer than when I’d gone elsewhere. Strongly recommend their spa pedicure with the hot stone massage!
