I bought 6 sessions for a medium hair removal for my chin. I am so disappointed, I don’t think they used a strong enough setting, all of my hair grew back plus some. I called to tell them this, and they didn’t seem to care, they said I probably need more sessions. I will not go back to them, I feel like i wasted my money, I was really looking forward not to have to pluck or wax my chin hairs!

Had my first session today. Problem area is my stomach, 5 areas treated, each lasting 35 mins so I was there for awhile. . Honestly, no pain for me from the procedure. The only discomfort was the 2 min massage after each session and that lasted only a few minutes. Can’t wait to see what the results will look like. Alexis was great, answered all my questions and made the experience relaxing.
