DO NOT GO HERE. Not for hair color. Especially if you are blonde. Trying to write a review nice enough that it doesn’t get taken down. I just moved down here and thought to try this place to get a root touch-up of my ash blonde highlights. Well all my roots got dyed Cheeto orange and I paid upwards of 300 dollars for this. My new stylist at Salon Lofts said it will take 3 sessions at least, to fix this.

Little did I know this place was going to be my full time salon… I came in one day to get my eyebrows waxed and was taken by Grace’s personable attitude. She was so sweet and honest. I then came back to talk about extensions, color, and cutting my hair. I am the most picky person ever when it comes to my hair. But something told me to trust her… She is so talented with the color, what am I talking about?! She is talented with everything! Grace has became like a family member to me, that I truly adore. I love coming into the salon just to say Hi because she brightens my day. My hair is super curly naturally and she made the impossible possible. The keratin treatment is amazing, it has been two months and my hair is still straight! Thank you Grace SO much. You are truly the best! Much love!

I’ve been going to Grace for 7 years and she’s the only person I trust with my hair. She goes above and beyond to be accommodating of my schedule and is always able to squeeze me in (even at 7 AM on a Wednesday). Talk about client centric! Not to mention, Grace is so well trained, that I don’t even ask/tell her what to do, I just tell her that I trust her and let her do whatever she wants. I always get compliments on my color, cut, and style. She’s transformed my hair and I would never go to anyone else. If I could give a rating higher than 5, I would.

What a wonderful place. I’ve been coloring my own hair and not getting it cut for 3 years. I finally decided I needed help and Grace came to my rescue. What a beautiful job she did for me. I’ve already made my next appointment with her, and while i was at it I made an appointment for a facial. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming, it was such a great experience. Grace is the best! Lovely to talk to, reassuring and brilliant at hair cut and styling. I will be back in the New year to have some color put in and another cut, and I’m sure the results and service will be just as excellent as my first experience here. Five stars isn’t nearly enough for the service I received today at Metro Hair Salon. Not only did Grace allow me to be scheduled on the only day the shop is closed, she also gave me one of the best cut and colors I’ve ever had in my entire life. Extremely knowledgeable, and superb attention to detail. I was in the chair for over four hours and this sweet woman held a conversation the entire time, going over every step with me in detail as we talked about everything under the sun. And best of all, no more bad hair days! I’ve definitely found my salon. Thank you Grace for my beautiful blonde locks! Will be back in the future.

Grace is amazing! Everyone in the salon was very nice! I had my hair cut and colored in preparation for a very important day coming up, and it came out better than I imagined. The color is beautiful. And the cut is exactly what i asked for. Grace was knowledgeable and great at what she does. I was offered a beverage upon entering and again when I finished the first. The salon itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere was great. I was so relaxed, that I could have fallen asleep. Ny far, the best haircut I have ever had!!! Phenomenal!!!
