This place is so about customer service its crazy!!! We had an eyebrow emergency and she literally got us in at 10pm!! She did a magnificent job fixing my “at-home goof up”. I can’t say enough good things! Beautiful studio! Knowledgeable and attentive! Such a nice atmosphere, very comforting! My new go to for waxing and tinting!

Kristin is extremely nice. She offered me a drink and sat with me a while, talking about my skin and just me in general, and she was extremely thorough. Very kind, telling me about the process and what to expect, checking in to make sure I was doing alright. She even offered me a ride back since we live in the same neighborhood! Truly fantastic service and I will be going back in a few weeks for another wax!!

Great experience. Very quick and professional. Most salons miss hair because they get in a hurry and then the skin is too sensitive to continue waxing, but that was definitely not the case at metamorphosis. I don’t think my underarms have ever been this smooth. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this place and Kristin, she does a wonderful job waxing. I typically go for my eyebrows, tint and wax, but I’ve also done bakini wax. Beautiful space and Kristin makes you feel very comfortable. Highly suggest checking it out.
