I have been coming to Mestiza for over a year and I will not go anywhere else. I go for laser hair removal and can’t be happier with the results. Amazing even after the first treatment. A significant hair loss with the treatments and the rest of the hair that I have left is very thin and does not grow back quickly. My skin has improved with no ingrown hair and not having to shave all the time. This place is absolutely amazing. Super clean and cute with excellent customer service. The stuff is great and friendly making sure that their clients feel comfortable. They are really a great team. So definitely I would recommend this place. Thank you Mestiza, you’re awesome.

Such a welcoming place with great techs! I go for facials at least once a month and am super pleased with the results. My post pregnancy skin has been super difficult to manage and is constantly surprising me so the facials have given me a chance to start fresh and clean. I trust that they’re using the cleanest ingredients and I know I don’t have to worry about anything while I’m there.

The manager Vicky is really rude. I was doing laser treatments and facials over there. I like to be seen by only a technician that I prefer. She got very rude with me in front of her receptionist and other customers there saying “This is a company you can be seen by anyone here”. If I’m paying over $3,000 for treatments I’ll see the technician I want. All those bad reviews you hear about Vicky are all true. I feel bad for the workers over there. Even when you enter the spa you feel her negative vibes and how she gets rude with her employees. Unprofessional.

I frequented Mestiza for about 1.5 years and ultimately ended up not utilizing my complete package as I was very unfond of the service and the onsite manager. I do not recall her name but she was routinely rude to customers, including myself and I often found her berating the staff as well. Mestiza also routinely cancelled long-standing appointments and it was very difficult to book with a consistent technician. I am not sure if it was turnover or poor scheduling, but I felt that I was treated each time by someone different, despite my requests for wanting to limit the number of technicians that I was seeing. Overall, each visit at Mestiza was less pleasant than the last and I finally decided that not completing my laser package was a better option than continuing to frequent such a place. My actual experience with the laser hair removal was decent, but I am knocking off three stars for the horrible customer service.
