I absolutely love this place! Arne is amazing! So professional and friendly. She really loves what she does and it totally shows. She treats you just like a best friend or a sister. I feel at home coming to MesmerEyez. And I get so excited when it’s time to come back for my wax. I love her because she literally takes her time and makes sure she gets every single hair and makes sure you smooth smooth baby. First time here. I invested in my eyebrows because after being in a car accident years ago, I have scarring which makes my brows uneven and patchy. The owner explained the process. Her workspace was inviting and clean. She’s wears a mask during the entire process (who wants someone breathing in their eye for 2 hours anyway). She did not give me the extra arched (always surprised) look; instead she followed my natural arch. Honestly, it was not a painless process, she used lidocaine gel which made the pain 5/10 at most. I also was not there but some 2 hours for microshading. AND she has snacks and drinks. I would recommend Arne. Be prepared to sign some documents on education prior to starting the process. She also provides goodies to maintain your brows for the next few weeks until the retouch. First photo upclose is day 1 and 2nd photo is week 8

I literally had the BEST experience with Arne!! She is very gifted in her craft!! I’m new to the area and was nervous to give her a try since my eyebrows were messed up and badly shape from a previous place I went to. Arne walked me through the process and explained how I can get my brows back to the full state I wanted. She is so down to earth and I absolutely love her vibe and energy. Her suite is very clean and cute in decor! I love my brows and I WILL be returning. Arne is my new go to person for my brows. The only thing I wish I had was a before and after picture.
