Sara was absolutely awesome! She is an amazing stylist. She listened to everything I wanted and gave me the perfect cut and color. Mikayla was also very sweet and made me feel so comfortable. The whole team here is great! This was a wonderful experience…I feel 20yrs younger! Thanks guys for doing such a fabulous job

Spent months trying to work with stylist as is only aveda salon in area. Bringing in pictures thinking it was my fault for miscommunication every single time she ignored it and gave me the same haircut she wanted to give. I think perhaps she had lacking in skills maybe but the last straw was spending 150$ for color and walking out with my original hair color. The very very last straw was when I called to owner to explain I would not be returning she didn’t have time for me rudely explaining she would call me back. She could not hang the phone up quick enough and I am not holding my breath for that. The environment I felt like I was stepping into “mean girls” very very disappointing wouldn’t go back if they paid me and I’m sure they feel the same since they don’t value business

I saw Rebecca here a few months ago, my friend recommended her. I asked her to give me an easy to style bob. She cut off my hair and proceeded to curl it and style it for an hour, saying the cut would look good even if I didn’t style it like she did. It did not, I could have given myself the same cut. She did not speak to me much at all, gossiping to her co-worker about how nice my friend’s new boyfriend was or about a suicide in the Melting Pot in Alexandria. She and another hairdresser made plans to go to the Melting Pot and see if they could see anything to report, because suicide is a form of entertainment. I didn’t say anything because my friend liked her so much, I just took my business elsewhere.
