I just got my nails done here and had to stop before he finished (he was almost done) because when I kept asking him to fix things he got upset. I’ve never had dip powder before and when I asked him if there was supposed to be a bump in the nail polish he got extremely defensive and rude. I even said “i’ve been very kind to you why are you treating me like this” and he responded with more yelling. My nails aren’t even filed straight and the nail polish is messy and bumpy. This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon.

Gel Mani-Pedi for myself and a pedicure for my sister-in-law for her birthday. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude/energy. The technician who did my manicure was funny, matched my goofiness with some jokes and good humor, and made me feel comfortable during my visit to Mesa Nails and Spa.

I’ve been coming here for years with my daughter and I just love Nancy. The owner is down to earth and very friendly. Place is clean and listen to this- Mimosa pedicures are an option. Like… say no more. Alcohol mixed in with nail fumes for a small buzz during self care is always a win. Kidding… Kinda…Not only that, you don’t get the vibe that they are secretly speaking in their native language that your toes look like the talons of a large raptor or that they grated enough skin from your crusty feet that it resembles a pile of Parmesan on your pasta at the Olive Garden. Maybe they are- but when said with a smile you let that go. They all seem super nice and that is why I go back.

Called the morning of and they were able to get myself and my daughter in, Kelly did our nails and can I say what an amazing person! She was efficient and friendly and I love my nails, I have never had someone do them so fast and so perfectly! Will definitely be going back!!!

They were very nice during my service, and the color is pretty however I’ll have to go get my toes redone because they are cut unevenly and haven’t been filed, so they’ll chip easily and have no shape whatsoever; the polish is ruddy and also uneven from being applied over a smaller area the second time than the first time; lastly, the cuticles don’t even look cut at all. I honestly could’ve done a better job myself. I’m beyond disappointed and I’d like to reach out but there’s no email on their website

The lady who had her nails done before me politely expressed dissatisfaction. Two men made excuses for the poor quality and still charged her full price. The man that did her nails was cranky after that and took it out on me. He was very rude and sarcastic toward me for absolutely no reason. He did not show ANY care or concern for doing my nails well. I’m fact, he literally fell asleep while buffing my acrylics! I kid you not! He made my set absurdly thick and didn’t even bring them close to my cuticle. The ends are thicker than my bases. Take your money elsewhere. Owner is horribly unprofessional. I called to schedule a birthday appointment for two. Day of decided to invite another person who is allergic to bleach and when I called to ask about sanitization process, I was yelled at, and hung up on. I called back to speak to the owner and he handed the phone over to a customer. It was completely unacceptable and I cancelled the appointment outright. My question was completely reasonable, and the rude response was completely unwarranted. Disappointing but taking a closer look at these reviews, I’m not missing much.

Very rude owner! They hired new people who aren’t very good. The older guy who was doing my pedicure cut me and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. When I pointed it out, he just put my foot back in the water to stop the bleeding! He didn’t keep my feet in the water long enough to soften the skin. The cuticles removal was painful as he was ripping them off instead of cutting. When I asked him to scrape my heels a little more, he couldn’t understand what i wanted. It’s very hard to communicate with them as most of them don’t speak English well. The frustration was building up with his unprofessionalism. When I asked to switch to Tony (Tony is awesome by the way!) in the middle of my pedicure because I couldn’t stand it any more, the owner attacked me yelling at me and saying that I can’t switch the artist as they are paid on commissions and it would hurt his feelings. I wasn’t trying to hurt anyone’s feelings! I was trying to get a good pedicure in a relaxing atmosphere, not to get frustrated by it! No customer service whatsoever! If you want to experience a production line go there. Otherwise, I don’t recommend! I will never go there again.

The worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life…. I actually left feeling worse then better…. I told him my water was cold he said that it was okay, and didn’t fix it.. the man barely rubbed lotion on my legs, like he whipped the lotion off instead of massaging it in all the way. Then continued to do an unprofessional paint job, mind you this was after I waited an hour my scheduled appointment time…. absolutely dont recommend.

I had a manicure with gel nails and a spa pedicure. The service started put well enough with the pedicure, but a couple of minutes after my pedicure began, another person came over to do my manicure, standing beside the chair. It was not at all relaxing because I had ro follow directions on what to do with my feet and my hands at the same time and I had to twist my body so the manicurist could get to the hand that she was not standing next to. Shellac had a couple of bumps or air bubbles and rough spots and I still had visible cuticles on my fingernails. The area at the base of one of my toenails where the cuticles were trimmed was bleeding as well. The gentleman doing the pedicure was polite and reasonably friendly, the lady doing my manicure was not at all friendly, did not smile one at me and the entire time she was doing my nails she did not speak to me except to give directions. Rather, she spoke to her husband in their native language the entire time and seemed to be angry at him from time to time.
