Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAbsolutely unprofessional. I had an appointment late in the afternoon with a specific stylist that had been recommended and I had researched. I got there and was told the stylist went home in the morning (which is understandable, things happen). No one called me. The owner was surprised when I came in for my appointment. She said I should just come back tomorrow. Very dismissive and not understanding that some of don’t have that kind of free time. Things happen but there was zero communication or ownership of the situation. Incredibly poorly run place.Absolutely unprofessional. Absolutely unprofessional. I had an appointment late in the afternoon with a specific stylist that had been recommended and I had researched. I got there and was told the stylist went home in the morning (which is understandable, things happen). No one called me. The owner was surprised when I came in for my appointment. I am truly outraged. My makeup was pathetic it looked nothing like the picture I asked for. It was extremely unhygienic products were mixed together in a box. They really don’t know what they are doing when it comes to hair. There is multiple blond strips in my hair that shouldn’t be there she got dye all over my neck and ear when she was washing my hair water got in my ears and on my face it was awful and it looks nothing like the photo I showed them and they charged me 140$ for it when I could have done a better job myself they also used the wrong red and didn’t put the right amount of black in and left the bleach in way to long I won’t be going there anytime soon also it took them almost 4 hours to do my hair I could have gone to some one named Sandra who would have only charged 50$ and done a much better job in faster time but she was booked for 2 weeks and I was in a hurry for Halloween. Also my hair is FRIED! And they wanted me to pay 180$ lukckly I got the price down to 140$! Just not the best at hair for that price it looks like a 15 year old did it. I wish I went to Sally’s and just did it myself for 30$ instead of 140$ Also my hair keeps breaking off and falling out from them leaving the bleach in for too long. It’s gonna take me years to get my hair to where it was I completely regret going there word decision I have ever made in my life honestly. It was the first time I went out to get my hair dyed instead of doing it myself and let me tell you it looks so much better when I do it A LOT BETTER. I’m just adding to my review it’s been 4 days and the color is already jurastically fading
