My first time at this place wasn’t so great , the lady that did my nails was rushing me and it was late so when I got home I took a close look and they were all chunky but after seeing the reviews and comments about Kathy, I decided to give her a try so I called and booked an appointment requesting her and you guys she’s amazing. I don’t regret going back because Kathy did my nails with care and so neat that you couldn’t tell if they were fake or natural. Totally worth the time and money, will be going back now that I know who to book an appointment with. Thank you Kathy !

Greeting was nice but the vibe was weird. I felt like my pedicure was rushed… like the massaging part, the scrub. I feel like she was really rough when doing my pedicure when the lady did something to the side of my toe nails, not sure what she was doing, cutting it or something. My toes was in pain because of it my big toe mail side hurt and my 3 rd toe still hurts and it was done yesterday I think it may be bruised or something. I may go to the ER and get it checked out if it doesn’t get better in the next 5-6 days. And if I find out any bad news I’ll be suing this company. The water was hot I had to tell her it was to hot. And on top of that she charged me 48 dollars and at first it was 40 dollars that she said until she found out she wasn’t getting a tip. If someone doesn’t know how to do pedicure don’t have them do pedicure get someone more gentle. My toes look nice but hurt. And make sure you get a receipt go to Tati nails instead and save you the pain and headache. This is what I get for being impatient.

Helen was very very nice. I received a gel manicure.. Helen didn’t talk too much like most nail techs. She’s the ONLY nail tech that I have ever been to that did NOT use a drill. Acetone burn when removing my dip powder. Super painful, they didn’t really care, still charged me $45. Will never come here again.

I went here really last min for a gel mani, pedi for engagement photos the next morning. They were really accommodating and did an excellent job. Also, first time getting my brows done. They look so nice, barely need to put much makeup on them now. Overall great place!

Critical: Quality***Update: 1/8/20I am updating my review from 5 stars to 1. It only been a week and my nails are falling off. Luckily they don’t hurt because you can now tell the acrylic is on SUPER thin. So good customer service but poor quality in acrylic nails. Money down the drain and walking around work with nails missing. Tom and Kathy are awesome!! Their pricing is super affordable and not expensive whatsoever. Very friendly. Tom did my nails and I love how much of a perfectionist he is. He took his time and each step he asked if my nails were ok instead of at the end where it would be too late to ask. I love this place!
