From my observation over years, no loyalty or respect to customers. Behaving as if they can do away without customers. Most of the times i had to go up towards the kitchen to take the menu and then get up again to hunt down the waiter. Every time i go i have to pay more for the service which was included before. The attitude of the people running the place including the worker’s is not pleasant. At the end of last visit, one of the female workers asked me “why so little tip?”. Maybe if i wouldn’t be charged 10 % service charge, i would give more than an 8% tip. I actually gave more than was deserved. Reading through your reviews, it is hard not to notice how low the owner is or whoever replies to the reviews. Not even once an apology was offered. I noticed complete disregard to customer’s complaints even if the customer had a valid point. I am disgusted and will not be returning to your place. Жлобы вы.

This is one of my most favorite places in all of NYC. The saunas can get incredibly hot and all amenities like the ice baths and steam room & jacuzzi are clean and well cared for and. It’s a wonderful place for families and friends to relax & the staff are very nice and the food is always good. I also highly recommend their masseuse, Andrei Sokolov.

#1 Spa in NY. Great place to relax and break some sweat. Cozy, Clean, Delicious Food, Hot Banyas, Outdoor Area, Ice Room, Cold Dipping Pool, Jacuzzi, Restaurant, Friendly Staff. Love this place. I tried all the spas in NY area and this is by far the best place if you love good steam.
