Friendly and good service. I never do anything with my eyebrows oyt of fear that they mess up. But my wedding is soon coming up and decided to give this place a try. My eyebrows were first shaped with a white powder and I was asked if I liked the design before any waxing was done. Plus they asked if my skin was sensitive and if I used any retinol or peeling off skin products before any procedures. I like the results and Jen was very kind. Highly recommended.
