55 minute swedish massage
Swedish massage uses a series of light, long strokes to ease surface tension and stimulate circulation in the muscles		$60.00
55 minute therapeutic massage
Through the manipulations of the body’s soft tissue and muscles, therapeutic massage relieves muscle aches and pains. This practice is often used in sports conditioning, but it can also be beneficial in a variety of other ways.		$70.00

Best massage to date! I didn’t know I was so bad until we started. He gave me tips to help improve muscle length afterwards as well as stretches that would prevent such tight muscles. I was able to touch my toes easily later in the week (this is a struggle for me and never easy). Highly recommend! Will be going back on a regular basis. Practice self care at this place. ❤️

I went to Merkaba Day Spa after suggested from my Dr. The amount of relief I was able to get was astounding. Shawn, the Licensed Massage Therapist who was taking care of me is extremely knowledgeable as well as very caring. Communication was kept the entire time as well as what was being done with my body. I even got techniques to take home to help reduce my discomfort. Tell your friends!
