Horrible service. Guy refused to cut my hair because he doesn’t know how to cut a medium high skin fade. Why are you a barber if you clearly don’t know how to cut hair? Name was Chinny Chan. I felt uncomfortable mostly because he seem like he was stereo typing me of the way I look. Just don’t go here. I even asked to wait for the other barber and he said she can’t do it too. Both clearly are judgemental and shouldn’t be “barbers”. Horrible. Completely waste of time. Stay away.

I walked in and asked if they could clean up my undercut. The hair was just getting too long, nothing crazy. The guy told me they can’t do it. I told them I wasn’t asking for a design or anything, just wanted to get it shaved to a reasonable length and they still said they didn’t know how to do that. Not sure why they don’t know how to do that, but it was disappointing.

This is the place I compare others to. hot towel – neck shave – shoulder massage. I’ve gone here since 2008 and even drive 15 miles since moving out of the area. Chan does an amazing job and his wife has gotten almost as good over the years.
