Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNEVER COMING BACK. I received acrylic nails from ANDY. I asked if he could do marble acrylic nails with gold foil on them. He was very hesitant and even asked his coworker how to do marble nails. I showed a picture of marble nails with gold foil and he sat thinking about them for 5 minutes on how to do them. He then told me it would be $100 for the whole set. I was not expecting to pay that much and even decided to take off the gold on my set to lower the price. He told me it would still be $95 without gold. I then asked to change up the set without all the details to make it cheaper for myself. I was even willing to do a one color set because I was not expecting a $100 set for acrylic nails that I asked for. He then proceeded to tell me that marble nails were VERY hard and gold made it expensive. I told him I still didn’t want to pay that much. His coworker next to him asked what was going on and he explained to his coworker. His coworker laughed and said to just do it for $75. Andy offered to do everything for $75 and I accepted that because it seemed reasonable for the set I was asking for. After agreeing to do the set, he told his coworkers in the salon about how I didn’t want to get the set anymore because I didn’t want to pay $100. They all laughed at me and he kept talking and making fun of me. They talked about me for the whole 2 hours of my set. Very unprofessional and it made me feel very uncomfortable. His marble wasn’t exactly marble either, definitely not worth $100 for someone who clearly tried marble for the first time. After I went to pay, about 5 coworkers followed him up to the register to see if I would tip. I felt very uncomfortable at the register as well and tipped anyways. Always a great experience here. Everyone I’ve met has been very kind. It’s very clean, every pedicure I’ve had has been so wonderful and relaxing. I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone I’ve met has been very kind. It’s very clean, every pedicure I’ve had has been so wonderful and relaxing. I can’t recommend this place enough. They have a loyal client over here!
