I have been a regular of Karen’s for a while now, she never disappoints. Karen is very knowledgeable of the products she will be using for the look that you are going for. I have gone in many times with a photo, or collection of photos, ask her if she can do something in the area of what I showed her. Every time she not only nails the look I was going for but I wind up loving it even more than I expected. I trust her enough to go in and just let her do what she wants, again, she never disappoints. Highly recommended.

Karen is amazing! I was looking for a stylist after my hair was burned from a bad perm at another salon. Not only was she the only stylist that I found who knew better than to straighten my hair as I requested (it was so damaged it would’ve fallen out!) but she came up with fresh suggestions such as a keratin treatment to make my hair look and feel amazing! Her knowledge and skill have won me over and I’m now a regular client-she has fun, fresh ideas and skill levels I haven’t seen around here. She’s amazing with short cuts, and color as well. I love the environment at Mercier’s, and everyone there is so fun and knowledgeable! I’m so glad I found them!
