Critical: Professionalism, QualityDon’t go here. I had my nails done like 2 weeks ago and the nails feel off within a couple of days. Also they were very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even greet me. Only thing he said was oh wow your hands are so dry in a really rude tone of voice and i could feel they were talking about me the whole time. Kept staring and making comments. Only thing he said was oh wow your hands are so dry in a really rude tone of voice and i could feel they were talking about me the whole time. Kept staring and making comments. Don’t go here! Critical: ValueThis was my first time here so I got the basic pedicure which was fine, my toes came out good but the lady who did them seemed to be in a rush..I’ve definitely had better pedicures. I also decided I would wing getting a gel manicure with design but that went downhill very quickly. The guy wasn’t doing anything I asked then tried to convince me it looked better his way, and their nail polish colors were just not adding up with what I wanted. So I just told him to take it all off and still ended up getting charged for a basic manicure. For future reference if you can’t do a design a customer wants just say that. Wasted both of our time and I still had to come out 20 bucks for some basic filing I could’ve done. NO tip given. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI made an appointment, arrived on time picked my color and waited patiently for 15 minutes. two girls came in for eyebrows and were taken ahead of me who made an appointment for a reason.. never again . so disappointed as this place was so close to home I was hoping to have a new nail shop.
