Definitely plan on becoming a regular. A fun group of people. I almost got clipped when I started laughing (my fault, not Troy’s). Went in with pictures and knew “exactly what I wanted”. Troy kindly pointed out how what I was asking for, while possible, wouldn’t fit my face as well as the models in the pics. He then helped explain how he could go from that to what would fit me. Not really surprising he was completely right. First haircut in 6 months and came out looking and feeling amazing. Thank you Troy for the great advice, cut, shave, and helping me feel at ease. I’ll be back!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet me as soon as I walk in. They serve a complimentary drink, and the atmosphere is calm and clean. It isn’t very noisy like a lot of salons. Troy is my regular stylist, and he is always upbeat and ready to get my mess back in order. I prefer Mercer over any other experience I have had.

Jared just cut my sons hair and I’ve never seen anything messed up so bad! He showed him a picture of what he wanted…and he literally shaved his head and left a tail in the back! Worst haircut ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! When I saw this place online and the reviews I thought it was cool and would be perfect for him with skilled stylists…NOPE!! If I could give “0” stars I would!
