I have been going to Mercer Nails for years now and the entire team there is THE BEST! They are so friendly and accommodating and always do a terrific job.

Once in a while I like to get a pedicure and this place always does a great job. As a guy, I’m always a little intimidated to go to a nail salon, but I always feel welcome. One year a few friends and I got treated to a Fathers Day pedicure with champagne that our families set up for us and we had a blast! Ever since then I go a few times a year… guys, as we get older it’s good to take care of your feet ;-). The massage chair is nice, the orange leg scrub stuff is awesome, and the whole experience is relaxing. Super nice people and feels like a great neighborhood business!

Just got my nails done here and it was great! Linh was very attentive and did a fantastic job! I would definitely come back however when I went to pay the owner seemed to think I was upset about paying a $1 credit card fee which wasn’t the case! I had called before and asked if cash or card was the same price and she said yes. Then when I went to pay with card they said there’s a $1 fee. I simply said “oh ok, no problem, I did call before though and asked if cash/card were the same (some places discount if you pay all cash)”. I wasn’t upset but she apparently thought I was and immediately jumped to her defense and said “it’s only a dollar, you can’t pay a dollar?! Fine I’ll waive it for you!” She was very upset & I never asked her to waive it nor did I complain about paying an additional dollar. I simply was caught off guard since I had called before and wasn’t told that. I think she was just very stressed out as they seemed to be understaffed. There are signs all over the salon asking to pay in cash so had I known I totally would’ve grabbed cash! I tipped about 15% in cash so I definitely wasn’t upset leaving and thought my nail lady did a fantastic job.

I really enjoyed my experience at this salon as they made me feel very comfortable. I feel like as a guy it can be intimidating to walk into a nail salon but they were so nice and welcoming that I could leave all my worries at the door. Although the salon is small, the magnificent nail techs and the great smelling exfoliating leg scrub contributed to the overall amazing experience. It’s a little luxury close to home and has never disappointed me.

I’ve been a customer at Mercer Nails for several years for shellac manicures and regular pedicures. They offer other services as well. The staff is meticulous at their work. Loann, the manager, is amazing at fixing my occasional ingrown toenail. She works hard to schedule you, even when you need it today! I am grateful for their skill and efficiency. As with any reviews, occasionally one will focus on an issue that resulted from a misunderstanding. They welcome your business. Please be kind.

I’m not one to ever take time to leave reviews but since my experience today was remarkably condescending, arrogant, senseless and rude I feel EVERY future client DESERVES a good warning before considering going to this place. I work over 54 hours every week and as you can imagine I have very limited time to take care of myself so the only purpose for me was to feel a bit better and treat myself to a nice Mani and pedicure.

I’ve started going to this nail salon for my 14th birthday and the workers there are always so sweet and kind to me! I get long acrylic nails and not once have they looked bad. They welcome you always and ask you to choose a color. If you go their more then twice, they’ll remember your name and recognize you whenever you walk in. Here are pictures of my most recent nails that they did for me from the owner Luann!

Came in on a Friday after work and was in need of a manicure for an upcoming trip. The lady doing my nails was nice and very focused on doing my shellac manicure. I have short nails due to my profession so I know it’ll take a bit more effort to make my manicure look good and even (see pictures). They place was clean and neat. Pay IN CASH if you want 20% OFF for certain services (incl. shellac manicure!). The nail salon offers a reasonable price for what you get. I will definitely come back!

Linzi gave me a very natural looking dip-manicure. And 3 weeks later Nhan took the manicure off gently and efficiently. Linzi used a technique to strengthen the shape of the manicure that I hadn’t seen before—and it worked: no chips or cracks.

They’re definitely not the friendliest bunch of people. The vibe is very serious. You rarely see anyone smile even when you smile at them. The owner I find to be very rude. It’s how she speaks to people, even with me. I pick up on energy and the energy there is just not good/ positive. I have gone there at least a dozen times, mostly because it’s convenient. Their work is good, But I don’t feel good after I leave. I hope that makes sense.
