I was in town visiting a friend and desperately needed a trim. I called and they were able to take me as a walk-in. Crystal did a great job cutting my curly hair which I am always hesitant to trust someone with. I had an unfortunate color experience at another salon and Crystal did a beautiful gloss on it to take some of the brassiness out and made me feel much more like myself. I would 100% come back and recommend this place to friends!

Disappointed. I went to this salon only once (which I was happy with the cut & highlight – the owner was great!). When I scheduled another appt. at that time their “no show” policy was never explained to me nor did I ever get a text confirming my future appt. If they never received a text back from me to confirm, a phone call should have at least been made the business day before to confirm. I did forget about the appt and was not able to keep it. They charged my card on file 50% of the service that would have been provided!! Will not be going back.

The staff here are awesome and do a great job. I’ve had men’s cuts from Crystal and Monet and our toddler’s hair was cut by Taylor. Very personable and good customer service. Taylor was really good at being patient with our wiggle worm toddler and still managed to give him a full haircut. I definitely recommend this place!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! Went for the first time yesterday. When I go to pay, she tells me I need to swipe my card separate for a tip which I thought was suspicious but I did it. So I paid my tip, then swipe a 2nd time to pay for the actual haircut. The computer freezes mid transaction but still took $27 from my bank. They say it was refunded but hasn’t yet. They then want to swipe my card a 3rd time to pay and I refused went and got cash. So I pretty much double paid until this screw up on their end hits my account. Then they want to swipe my card a 4th time to “keep my card on file incase I cancel appointment.” Had to laugh at that they must think I’m stupid or something. Not putting my card on file with a company I would never return to. Haircut was good. But I don’t trust their computer with my bank info. Would only pay them cash, but with them wanting me to pay twice for something that was an issue on their end not mine; I won’t be back for the poor customer service I received. For a newer business to treat a new customer this way is mind blowing. There are plenty of other places to go to get a nice haircut.
