Critical: QualityLoved how nice she was and felt at home but was not pleased with quality of wax. Did not get all the hairs and waxed over the same spot multiple times which caused redness, swelling, and bleeding from skin being ripped off. Would not recommend for waxing unfortunately. I 100% hate the hair cut I received at this salon. Staff is nice and salon has good vibes, but overall getting my hair cut here was extremely stressful because I was watching my stylist mistreat my hair and was too afraid to say anything about it. I will never be returning here for service, but the people who run this salon are genuinely good decent people.
