Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner of the salon scheduled me for a hair cut and when I got there, she told me that she had to color someone else’s hair. The other customer was waiting. I had an appointment, I was nice to tell her that I would go home and she could call me when she was done. She never called me. This is so unprofessional!

So today I found a new hair salon. It was a referral from a friend and this place didn’t disappoint. First of all, the place was spotless and quiet but still trendy! I ended up having my hair done with someone different than who I made my appointment with. Susana, was so nice and warm to talk to, that I absolutely asked if she could do my hair. I was really hesitant about what to ask for, because my hair is very dark and hard to color blonde without being brassy, but I was assured by Susana that it would be the perfect tone. A few hours later my hair was beautifully highlighted with Ash blonde. I’m sorry I didn’t find her sooner. I definitely, definitely recommend her and this salon.

I love this salon i been coming here 9 years . Shes awesome. Mercedes leaves my hair good and healthy. Now with the covid 19 she makes sure we are all protected by using mask and take your temperature and hand sanitizer. I highly recommend this salon.

Mercedes does the best job at coloring and styling my hair. She was able to take my dark black hair and give me the “ash” blonde look I’ve been wanting for years. She took out all the yellow other stylists wouldnt be able to take out due to how dark my hair is. She is also able to make my thin hair look very thick after styling and coloring. Love this salon!

Mercedes is awesome! She’s v sweet and is a great stylist. I have thin straight hair and after trying a few places, this is the one place where I get my money’s worth in a blow out. She’s also very quick which is a definite plus for me.
