I have been getting my eyebrows done by Mercedes for about 6-7 years. Mercedes is helpful, professional, and she has cared about making my brows the best they can be ever since I first went to her. I’ve been going to Mercedes for years now. Even before she had her own brow bar! I’ve followed her from her last two salons because she’s just that good. Mercedes really listens to what you like/dislike and helps you achieve your brow goals. There is no one else that I let touch my brows, other than Lily of course! Lily introduced me to Wax & Henna and I haven’t gone back since! I love the way she makes my brows look. Both ladies are extremely talented at what they do. I followed Mercedes from her previous location. It’s been the best decision ever because I met Lily. I found someone else that I can trust with my brows. She is very kind, takes her time and will take care of you. I am very shy and if I feel uncomfortable I won’t come back but I always leave the brow bar satisfied and happy. I live about 45 minutes away and it’s worth the drive! Get your brows done here she’s amazing!

Mercedes Brow Bar is absolutely the best brow place in Chicago! I tried so many places before going there and was never satisfied with how my brows looked. Lily has been doing my brows there for several months now and I won’t go anywhere else! She makes my brows look perfect every time and listens to me and gives me the exact look I ask for. The salon is always immaculate and decorated super cute. These girls are the best! I highly highly recommend to everyone to go see Mercedes and Lily!

I have been coming here for months now and I will never go anywhere else! Lily does an incredible job with my lash lifts and most recently did my brows too. She is AMAZING. I am so picky with my brows but she did not let me down. They have plenty of availability but I definitely recommend booking ahead because they book quick. They’re THAT good.

I am sooo picky about my brows. I love my natural brows (I’m Persian so they are super thick) but overplucked them along with everyone else in the 2000s and it took years to grow them back out. My brows are also really tricky because they are not only thick, but they grow really long and even curl a little bit if you let them grow out for long enough. That leaves lots of room for error.

I’ve been going to Mercedes since she opened her location in Lincoln Park. She’s tinted, waxed and laminated my brows, and she is amazing! She knows exactly what she’s doing, the shape I need for my face and is attentive to detail. Highly recommend her business to anyone looking for a regular brow bar.
