Love how she fixed my hair. I had to cut my own hairs for work I had out of town a few days before I went to Mercede’s. Five days later I made an appointment here to get my hair fixed since I had my wedding the next day and no one else was able to fix it on time since it was labor day and lot of places was closed. Mercede’s did a really good job and quick also. Everyone at the wedding liked how my hair was even my now wife. Only issue was (which was mostly my fault) the store I was at before was slow and traffic was bad which made me almost 10 minutes late and she said she couldn’t do me because her next appointment was already there and once she was done with the current customer she was going to do the next appointment so I needed to come back later. After explaining that I was not able to come back later since I was going out of town for the wedding rehearsal she said ok and worked fixed my hair right away. With that said I would highly recommend Mercede’s for anyone that needs their hairs done just make sure you are on time for your appointment.

The first couple times I’ve went to Mercedes for hair cuts,she had done a good job . But once I got my hair cut from the lady she works with. I had the worst experience ever ! Hair cuts were rushed, she didn’t give me the hair cut I asked for and she even cut my ear ! She told me it was free but she still charged me $17 ! After I told her that I’m not paying $17 for a hair cut I didn’t ask for plus a trimmed ear .. she dropped it down to $10 .. the worst ever !!! Never going there again!.

I went in to get a haircut I felt it was a bit busy and I decided to get the haircut, it was not as great as people were telling how much she does a great job. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went In a few weeks later to give her a second chance, worst mistake I told her to take a bit off the top and told her to uses sissers nope she used the clippers and took a whole two inches off of my hair. Last time I go to her, the funny part is that it was not busy and there was not rush.

Im always greeted with respect and the men haircuts are of the highest quality. I like to get skin tight cuts and the fades and trims are even and always look great. Im glad to have a place like this in town to get my cuts. I reserve my spot to ensure a short wait time and be out quick.

This is the only hair cut that I can find in Flag that is as close if not better to the real barbers in Phoenix. I’ve been going for a while since I moved here and Mercedes herself does my hair. She knows just what I like but always makes sure before doing it. If you are particular about your hair then go here
