I love Meraki! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I regularly see Kayla or Tom for dip manicures and regular pedicures. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful and the service is consistently fantastic!

Last time I visited this nail salon I brought my own products (I use dazzle dry products because they use healthy, non toxic ingredients). Meraki charges $10.00 extra for these products. In the past I have used my own products without the extra charge. When I asked the two front desk women if this was a new policy at Meraki they did not really know but came to a rational decision that if I am bringing my own base, polish, and topcoat then what is the rationale of the extra charge.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the people working here were very nice. However, I was not satisfied with the outcome of my nails. I asked for a simple manicure, which is what I received. Unfortunately, the nail polish didn’t last more than 2 days tops. There were bubbles all over the place. I’m not nail painting expert, but other places I’ve been to will always close up the color by painting the front end tip of the nail. Overall, it was a very sloppy job.

I was here yesterday and the employee doing my pedicure burned my foot with scalding hot water. He was aware, apologized and put cold cotton on my foot throughout the pedicure which helped. However I could not enjoy the pedicure and could not put my left foot in the warm water the rest of the time. I was charged full price and was so taken aback that I paid and tipped well. I called the next day and spoke to a manager about it and was offered 15% off my next service. I told her this was really disappointing and was repeatedly told that’s the best they can offer. Terrible customer service!!

I’ve been coming to Meraki for a few years now- and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else! The range of design and the level of skill in this nail salon is top notch, the team exceeds all and every expectation. I love fun and unique looks and they always work with me- all the colors, decals, and Swarovski crystals I could ask for! I come all the way from Boston for my appointments and I will gladly do so for the rest of my life! Go to Meraki and you’ll leave impressed, and with luxury nails! If I could, I’d give them 20 stars!

Worst gel manicure I’ve had in a long time. The nail technician took forever to do it too, only to have not one but THREE nails peel off in less than 24 hours!!

Went for acrylic removal woman did an awful job and damaged my nails even more. She did not soak them off like you’re supposed to. She popped them off by taking a plastic tip to shimmy under the nail creating more damage to my real nail. She had no patience or time apparently to soak my nails and properly remove them.

I got a dip powder with removal with Ken and was appalled by my experience. To take off my dip he did not soak my nails at all to soften the dip. Instead he removed the dip polish by sliding an acrylic nail under and popping it off. This was painful and broke THREE of my nails in the process as well as damaging the others. After the new dip was applied and filed it was splotchy with some parts of my nails not even covered. When I pointed this out he went over the nail partially resulting in an uneven color of the polish. The entire experience felt rushed and poor quality.

This place is over priced AND my gel and pedicures both chip way too early every time so I stopped going. I have taken the next step of writing this review to shed light on their horrible customer service and treatment of a friend who was told she could get a free replacement powder dip after her color was wrong when the top coat was applied. They renigged on the offer mid treatment and told her it wasn’t true after they confirmed multiple times they would be happy to do it and THEY offered it in the first place! She was a longstanding customer and they treated her like dirt for no reason. Unacceptable!

I got a full acrylic set and dip powder with Linda and I am so in love with how it turned out! She’s absolutely amazing and you should definitely book with her! Their website is so easy to use and you get 20% off if you’re a new customer! I would definitely recommend going and trying it out it’ll definitely become your new favorite spot!
