I’ve been coming to Meraki Spa for over a year now and I really like it. There is parking out front, they have an online booking system, their staff takes Venmo for tips, and it’s always super clean and very friendly. They have the usual array of nail polishes and services that you’d expect. When I said I didn’t want to do gel anymore because the UV light is bad for your skin and the soak offs take too long (and I’m sure aren’t great for your skin, either), they suggested I try Dazzle Dry. It lasts as long, if not longer than gel, and dries instantly like gel. There is NO soak off required. It’s literally an amazing product. I’ve been hooked on it for over a year. It costs slightly more, but it’s totally worth it.

I go to Linda and she does an amazing job every time. I love to get designs and I’m so glad I found Linda, she can do any design I am wanting. I have been going to Meraki spa for a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about the nail salon. I go to Linda and she does an amazing job every time. I love to get designs and I’m so glad I found Linda, she can do any design I am wanting. I show Linda pictures of designs and she makes my nails look even better than the picture that was shown. She also took her time and re-shaped my nails just how I wanted them . I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out at all. She took her time and it showed . I went to the Lynnfield location and had a great experience! Linda was so nice , she helped me pick out a color that matched the photo I brought in perfectly. She also took her time and re-shaped my nails just how I wanted them . I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out at all. She took her time and it showed . I will definitely be back to that location.

Had an amazing first experience! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I intent on coming back! This spa is well kept and clean. Service and attention to detail is a 10/10. All of the nails techs are helpful and patient.

I would not recommend going here… I paid $85 without tip to get my nails done and they did a terrible job. They were unbelievably chunky, probably the thickest my nails have ever been when getting them done. The design also looked nothing like what I requested even though they assured me they could do it. Then a day later the fake tips they put on two of my nails were already lifting. A day later!!! My nails where so bad I went elsewhere the next day and they were taken back at how terrible my nails looked. I would never go back here especially with how unreasonable the pricing was.

He was 80% done when he said that the color I had picked wasn’t drying properly, and therefore couldn’t really finish. He profusely apologized and started from scratch, and changed to a lighter color. I completely understood and really appreciated the honesty and determination to fix my nails and they turned out better than I originally hoped, and I ended up loving the new color! Super nice and dedicated staff, and forever grateful to Dan for being so awesome about everything!Best experience! Best experience! I had booked last minute as an impulse buy for my own birthday gift, and Dan was fantastic. He was 80% done when he said that the color I had picked wasn’t drying properly, and therefore couldn’t really finish. He profusely apologized and started from scratch, and changed to a lighter color. Thought I found a nail salon I liked but they never can take me for walk in and any time I try to make an appointment they never have availability that week or even sometimes following week I came in today on a Monday and they could take me at all today unless it was 1pm which doesn’t work for me so this is causing me to go find another good salon which is not easy to do literally lost my business because they never have availability for appointment even if I try to book out a week form now

I got my nails done (acrylic) on Dec.12. My experience at Meraki Spa with Krysteen was amazing! To this day Jan.2, my nails are still in tack and still look beautiful! Not only do my nails look great, but the customer service experience was absolutely amazing. I certainly recommend this spa and will continue to return. This was my 2nd time (I’ve had dip and acrylic and they both came out great!)
