I have been with Ashley for almost 2 years. She is a genius with hair. She takes the wildest, curly hair and transforms it into beautiful curls. Ashley takes time to teach techniques so you don’t leave wondering if you can recreate the style at home. The salon is beautiful, and not packed with other stylists, which creates a welcoming and relaxing environment. All this talent packed into one really nice salon. Doesn’t get any better.

Ashley and Jessie are wizard women! They are amazing with all hair types but really come through for those of us with wavy/ curly hair. No triangle cuts here (unless that’s what you want!) Jessie brings excellent volume and texture to my thin, wavy hair. She gave me easy tips on how to manage my funky cowlicks that I now use daily to keep them in check. Both Ashley and Jessie are constantly updating their practices to keep on top of new techniques and coloring. I’ve been to a lot of different barbers/stylists since moving here two years ago but I’ve never found one that really stands out. Ashley at Meraki has changed that. My cut is super clean, the space is very stylish (and convenient to get to) and I didn’t have to spend nearly as much as what I’ve paid at some other shops. I also appreciated their Covid measures that made me feel safe but also comfortable.

Moved with Amber when she started here and both her and Ashley made me feel so welcomed and were so fun to talk to not only about hair but about everything in general. It was my first time getting a deva cut and Jessie did a great job walking me through the process, giving tips to keep my curls bouncy, and just being a genuinely warm person. She gave me samples of the products she used and offered to make time to tidy up the hair cut if I noticed something that bugged me later. Gotta say I’m still happy with it and would definitely go back even though i live 40mins away.
