I got lash extensions Tuesday that were suppose to be volume. Left with them looking like hybrids at most and I paid for volume price. I even tipped because they at least looked good. Friday morning notices a huge gap in my lashes and also noticed that the the end lashes weren’t anywhere near the lash line. I’ve gotten my lashes down for a couple years now and have never had this issue with my last tech. When I messaged the tech to see if she could fix them, she replied and wanted me to pay more on top of that. Not great customer service at all. I will not be going back. If you want good lashes don’t go to Chelsea. She’s new and charging double what I used to pay for someone with years of experience.

Meraki is a full service salon with great staff. They are always very professional, accommodating and have great customer service. Caro has an amazing talent for nails. Always does great work. We always hire Dalia for all of our special occasion for hair and make up. Her work is flawless. I recently started seeing Chelsea for my lashes and she has been wonderful. I like the hyrbrid because they look more natural. I receive so many compliments of people thinking they are my natural lashes. Anytime we hire anyone from Meraki, we know the work is going to be perfection.

Beware of the bait and switch! Booked an acrylic fill online, price was listed at $40.00. They wanted to charge me $ 62.50. They tried to push it off as a starting price, however, it is not listed that way on the booking page, where other services are. The girl doing my fill although sweet and kind, lacks experience. It took 2 hours to do a fill. When called out on the price difference, the owner only offered a 15% discount, when they should of honored the price I booked at. Very dissatisfied with this salon. Over priced for sure.

I visit Chelsea for my brazilian wax, brow lams and lash lifts and eyelash extension from time to time. She always does an amazing job! Last time I got lash extensions I wanted to try brown lashes and she special ordered them just for me! She is also really funny and just easy to talk to and makes it a fun experience! She is very professional and keeps a very clean and tidy room. She also gives amazing Sugarball Brazilians and she even gave me a little sample size bottle of Fur Oil to take home!
