I called here initially for a haircut as my appt was canceled at another place, and I asked about having my blonde touched up, I did NOT know how bad of shape my hair was before hand so with a consultation Julie told me what she could do and got started I did not have high expectations of getting as light as I wanted BUT it happened ladies know who you are going to and know what they can do before you go to them cause I know now from who I previously was going to they weren’t well seasoned with platinum hair (blonde) in general I loved every step of the process I had Julie explained everything she did as well as showed me pictures of what was going on with my hair and why, I also got a haircut and I love that as well! I can’t wait for my touch up now so I can get icy white hair like I’ve always wanted other employees here were also very nice and helpful they helped each other and I also liked that very friendly atmosphere and you fell welcomed.

I wanted highlights and what I got was 4 hours stuck in Julies chair and a 200$ bill! Julie did my hair once before same service but it was 140$!! 120$ for full head highlights plus 20$ for toner well this time she tells me about a new metal system they have and I’m thinking it’s a product suggestion mainly because she NEVER #1 asked me if I wanted it #2 that there was a significant price for her to use this “system” which was shampoo and conditioner, mask. When I was going to pay is when she sprang this extra cost on me and when I questioned her by asking her why didn’t she ask me or even give me a price she actually said “oh, I didn’t think you cared about money!!!!!” I was appalled! Why wouldn’t I care about money or the cost of a service??? Unbelievable! So not only did she take 4 hours to do highlights but she took full advantage of me financially too! (She said “the system” was 35$ extra but charged me more!)) Highlights-120$, toner-20$, system 35$=175$; ACTUAL BILL-200$!

Julie is a charm!! She did a beautiful cut, added layers, gave it lots of volume! I know it’s a good cut when my family compliments me…lol The salon offers other services outside hair: mani, pedi, brows, lips. Nice place, clean, staff friendly and professional!

I visited this salon for the first time in the first part of February to get a color done. Sent pictures ahead of time as requested by the beautician. After being there for 4 hours and $150 later my hair looks nothing like the picture that I presented. I am sure that it was just the person that did my hair not the salon itself. Hairstyling
