My husband scheduled an appointment. He had to wait a long amount of time even though he had scheduled an appointment and then they did not provide the service he scheduled for (haircut, shampoo, beard trim). Instead they just did the basic hair cut. If they do not have time for the service, that time slot should not be available on the scheduling site.
