Irene is by far the best masseuse I have used in years. She is very accommodating with your schedule, responsive and a great professional. She knows your “pain points” before you even open your mouth. She has a very experienced touch and knows where you store tension, where something may be out of alignment etc. I highly recommend Meraki.

I used to come here often when I lived in the area and this is hands down a wonderful place to get a massage. The reason it’s no longer 5 stars to me is the no show policy. We made an appointment today for a massage and just as I’m about to leave the house my husband gets sick. I took a few minutes to get him all settled and hurried on my way out the door. By this point I was about 20 minutes late, and so him feeling terrible about it all called and asked how he could help. I asked if he could find the number and let them know I would be late and unfortunately it was too late for me to make it for me to have a massage so we had to cancel. They were booked and couldn’t move it and I don’t live in the area so I couldn’t reschedule. What bothered me was it didn’t even take a day for the no show fee to show up! It was half of the price of the massage! Things come up and life happens, I realize their time is involved but $40 is steep given the circumstances. We probably won’t go back again but if you do decide to book make sure you don’t have to cancel. The cancellation is more than I’ve ever had to pay.
