Not good at all:/ they don’t respect appointment times or call to let you know your appointment is being pushed back, witch is frustrating because I had to confirm my appointment 3 diffrent ways and it didn’t matter, because someone else was irresponsible and showed up late, so it effects people who were on time. Plus they had employees that could be helping but were standing at mirrors gossiping & doing their makeup. Not respectful to a first time customer, I needed a treatment and a trim and after waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment time with no updates or communication as to how much longer, I left withought any services.im not a Karen and did not make a big fuss or deal, so maybe they assumed I was a pushover and do what they asked because I’m polite. Even when I walked in Grace who my appointment was with said she was going to call me to let me know the earlier appointment was late, but then didn’t. And that upset me because I would have happily came in later.
